There will undoubtedly be other sites that will allow you to preorder as well when it gets closer to the release date.
That song isn't like the "New Pollution" Like Beck is it, that would be kind of cool if they did a cover, but also kind of weird and very un ark!
That's what immediately came to my mind as well. I hope it's not a cover (and doubt that it is), though it would be interesting to hear what they'd do with it.
